Job Overview Role: Sr. D&T Analyst - Supply Chain Location: Mumbai As the Pet segment for General Mills, Blue Buffalo\'s ambitious growth objectives are connected to an equally ambitious technology and innovation roadmap. If you want to play a key role in the delivery of this roadmap, we have an immediate need for a professional with SAP experience, and particular expertise in the Order to Cash process. This person is passionate about their work and wants to see the immediate impact of their efforts. The Sr. Solution Analyst will play an integral part in formulating and delivering solutions and operational enhancements, working directly with various business partners, IT leadership and external service providers to deliver value to our business. Role Responsibilities . Apply technical SAP skills, with strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes, to design, build, optimize and support solutions in the areas of sales order management, stock transport orders, inbound purchase orders, Available to Promise, inventory management, billing, import and export processes and documentation, idoc management. . Help maintain the Blue Buffalo Pet D&T team\'s catalogue of test scripts and support end user testing efforts for major projects. . Strong understanding of SAP master data related to customers - including customer master, CMIRs, material determination, listings and exclusions, pricing condition records, and output determination. . Work closely with business and D&T stakeholders and external service providers on a wide range of topics that require SAP SD expertise, including business requirements analysis, issue troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, business process optimization, integration topics, cross-functional projects, end-user training, translating requirements into technical solutions, and providing cost-benefit analysis and estimates. . Manage relationship with external service providers for solution delivery and application support. . Prepare training materials and proactively facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption of new and existing solutions. . This role includes the opportunity to learn SAP SD and LE configuration. Must - have technical skills and experience . Hands-on SAP experience strongly preferred - SAP SD, including pricing and ATP . Customer master data, pricing, hierarchy set up experience is added advantage. . EDI and iDoc management . SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) . Billing and account determination . BI/Data integration experience . Prior CPG experience preferred. Good to have skills . Data flow expertise . Understanding of overall SAP software architecture and integration.
