  • Bring a quality assurance perspective to the team, ensuring appropriate integration of QA considerations throughout team processes
  • Lead test planning, test case reviews, user acceptance testing sessions, and defect management discussions
  • Review and assess project requirements to ensure they are testable and meet quality standards
  • Identify and implement new tools, techniques, and processes to reduce test maintenance effort
  • Identify and track vulnerabilities reported by cybersecurity, accessibility, & observability teams
  • Track bug fixes, coordinate release plans, UAT and reporting
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Define and enforce QA best practices, processes, and consistent standards across GMI and other vendor partners
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test data that include cross dependencies between organizations and platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Web/Mobile applications, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Determine integrated testing solutions, analyze test coverage, and define test environment strategies utilizing best practice architecture and methodology
  • Conduct functional, regression, and End to End testing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its upstream and downstream applications, identifying defects, debug, troubleshoot, and track the issue to closure
  • Design and develop test automation to improve the testing process over time and as campaign efforts expand
  • Evaluate development work from VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) reports and ensure remediation of identified vulnerabilities\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Monitor trending issues on GA, DataDog, Azure Alerts, etc., and raise alarms to the development team wherever necessary\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Monitor and report on QA metrics, including test execution progress, defect status, and test coverage
  • Research testing methodologies to continuously evolve our testing processes
  • Manage defects; follow up and ensure that all defects are remediated, including escalations to ensure expected consumer experiences
  • Coordinate testing with other team members, subject matter experts, and end users
  • Effectively track and communicate testing status and defects to the project stakeholders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education \xe2\x80\x93 Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
  • Creating test plans, test cases, and test strategy requirements
  • Designing and developing test automation frameworks or tools
  • Identifying, documenting, presenting, and reporting issues to management teams
  • Agile application (Scrum) development methodologies using agile project management like JIRA, Confluence, Test and Defect Management Tools and working directly with development teams
  • Testing apps and integrations with Google Cloud, Websites, emails, and back-end APIs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a large, complex organization including teams with multiple geographies and across business and technology teams
  • Experience with SQL, ETL, Data migration and Database testing
  • Salesforce CRM application with clouds (Sales, Service, or Data Cloud) and testing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including personalization, journey builder, automation studio, email studio, segmentation of data extensions, and cloud pages
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization use cases
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, Design Principles, and Cloud
  • Exposure to Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Email Marketing, System Integration, and Data Forms
  • Working experience with JMeter
  • Working experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Python and HTML/CSS
