This role will report into D&T Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Cyber Security, Enterprise Vulnerability Management in India and functionally collaborate with global GRC teams. It is an Individual contributor role. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and quantifying Cyber Security Risk for Enterprise Solutions.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\xc2\xb7 Consult with Cyber Security and D&T teams to quantitatively analyze enterprise technology including our most critical assets for cyber security risk.\xc2\xb7 Provide appropriate technical recommendations to mitigate the risk and influence actions across various D&T teams.\xc2\xb7 Manage information around accepted risks, regularly reviewing these with the senior managers of the Cyber Security team.\xc2\xb7 Promote a culture of cyber risk awareness by leveraging information on current threats to focus Cyber Security and D&T teams\xe2\x80\x99 attention on emerging risk themes and issues.\xc2\xb7 Build awareness with Cyber Security and D&T partners around the cyber security technical risk assessment process.\xc2\xb7 Regularly review and recommend improvements to the overall cyber security risk assessment process.\xc2\xb7 Participate in RFPs and participate in risk assessment of any new technical solution deployed in GMI.\xc2\xb7 Partner with Mills Work pods in D&T India to manage cyber security risks in the product supported by the pods.\xc2\xb7 Continuously develop knowledge of evolving Cyber Security best practices and trends through peer benchmarking, industry forums and learning opportunities.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science/Electronics/Electrical from an accredited university\xc2\xb7 5-6 years of relevant experience in cyber security, cyber security technology, risk assessment and management.\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Cloud Security\xc2\xb7 Ability to work across organizational boundaries, and influence others.\xc2\xb7 Ability to define and manage internal projects, milestones and demonstrate leadership skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to develop and present risk information to all levels of an organization.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in tools and techniques used by attackers to gain unauthorized access to systems.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.\xc2\xb7 Ability to make decisions and solve problems especially where there is ambiguity.\xc2\xb7 Self-starter with ability to drive an item from concept to full implementation.\xc2\xb7 Excellent stakeholder management skills\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge in information security standards and frameworks such as NIST 800-53Skill Proficiency Level -\xc2\xb7 Expert level\xc2\xb7 Cyber Security Risk Management\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Cyber Security Controls and Frameworks\xc2\xb7 Intermediate Level\xc2\xb7 Cloud SecurityPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\xc2\xb7 CISA, CISM, CEH or relevant Cyber Security Certifications\xc2\xb7 Good analytical skillsCOMPANY OVERVIEWWe exist to make food the world loves.
