Cyber Security Team Cyber Security is a critical part of Digital and Technology function. We leverage the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, key cybersecurity partners, and external benchmarking to guide the development of our program. Cybersecurity risk is managed as part of enterprise risk at GMI. We assess technical cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities and provide recommendations to mitigate them. We design and manage cybersecurity infrastructure, identities, and controls and we monitor for any threats and ensure timely and comprehensive response to cyber-attacks. We also measure and report compliance to cybersecurity policies and standards. Job Overview Role: Sr. D&T Analyst - Cyber Security, Technical Risk Location: Mumbai The Digital and Technology team of General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Cyber Security Program. This role will report into D&T Manager - Cyber Security, Enterprise Vulnerability Management in India and functionally collaborate with global GRC teams. It is an Individual contributor role. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and quantifying Cyber Security Risk for Enterprise Solutions. Role Responsibilities Consult with Cyber Security and D&T teams to quantitatively analyze enterprise technology including our most critical assets for cyber security risk. Provide appropriate technical recommendations to mitigate the risk and influence actions across various D&T teams. Manage information around accepted risks, regularly reviewing these with the senior managers of the Cyber Security team. Promote a culture of cyber risk awareness by leveraging information on current threats to focus Cyber Security and D&T teams\' attention on emerging risk themes and issues. Build awareness with Cyber Security and D&T partners around the cyber security technical risk assessment process. Regularly review and recommend improvements to the overall cyber security risk assessment process. Participate in RFPs and participate in risk assessment of any new technical solution deployed in GMI. Partner with Mills Work pods in D&T India to manage cyber security risks in the product supported by the pods. Continuously develop knowledge of evolving Cyber Security best practices and trends through peer benchmarking, industry forums and learning opportunities. Must - have technical skills and experience 5-6 years of relevant experience in cyber security, cyber security technology, risk assessment and management. Understanding of Cloud Security Ability to work across organizational boundaries, and influence others. Ability to define and manage internal projects, milestones and demonstrate leadership skills. Ability to develop and present risk information to all levels of an organization. Knowledge in tools and techniques used by attackers to gain unauthorized access to systems. Excellent communication skills- verbal and written. Ability to make decisions and solve problems especially where there is ambiguity. Self-starter with ability to drive an item from concept to full implementation. Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong knowledge in information security standards and frameworks such as NIST 800-53 Bachelor\'s degree in computer science/Electronics/Electrical Good to have skills CISA, CISM, CEH or relevant Cyber Security Certifications Good analytical skills Skill proficiency expectations Expert level Intermediate Level Basic Level Cyber Security Risk Management Knowledge of Cyber Security Controls and Frameworks Cloud Security
