Position Description: As the Sr. Director of Physical Security Operations, you will be a member of Micron\'s Corporate Security leadership team. You will be responsible for the implementation, delivery, and day to day ownership of the global physical security teams and programs. You will drive the corporate security polices and standards across the enterprise. You will lead the global guard force operational standards and improvement as well as coordination of all security operations centers. You will work closely with the security leadership team members as it relates to protective services, investigations and security systems & technologies. You will have both direct reports and indirect reporting relationships within corporate security. Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Major activities Set and provide the enterprise-wide strategic physical security vision Develop and implement procedures and practices to protect associates, facilities, contractors, and visitors as well as physical assets Development and implementation ofMicron\'s corporate security policies and programs on a global scale Supports Corporate Security\'s Systems and technology team with state-of-the-art solutions and innovative security management techniques to safeguard assets while identifying cost saving opportunities using technology Identify tools and programs that will build consistency in our efforts to safeguard corporate assets Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to improve loss prevention strategies, and enhance team members safety Serves as the subject matter expert on a broad range of physical security standards and disciplines and drives all asset protection and physical security continues audit initiatives Maintain knowledge of professional and industry best practice while using this knowledge to recommend and propose internal policies and procedures Directs and provides guidance to the corporate security staff (regional security managers, and location security teams) in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining security processes across Micron to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to the company Supports and coordinates a wide range of investigations, in conjunction with other members of corporate security, internal and external resources Collaborating on development of security plans and operational logistics for business travel, including executive travel protection strategies Provide guidance, oversight and support to Micron security operations centers and activities to ensure the protection of employees, information and physical assets, while ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment Manage advance visits to event sites, partnering with intelligence gathering sources and coordination with local, state, federal and international agencies as needed Provide and coordinate security related services including, but not limited to, executive protection, emergency planning, risk assessments, and day to day employee safety Oversee the timely investigation of physical security incidents, report findings and outcomes to executive leadership Triage, investigate and manage physical security and safety related incidents, including liaising with local law enforcement agencies as required Develop close working relationships with local, federal and state agencies, industry peers and industry groups Ensure proper vendor identification, bidding, and budgeting to support the corporate security initiatives Develop and deliversecurity awareness, communication, and education for all Micron locations and employees Basic qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, criminal justice or relevant business fields of study Minimum of 16 years of experience in corporate or cyber security management and leadership Minimum of 15years acting in an international leadership role Minimum of 10 years as a member of a security leadership team with a major corporation or Fortune 500 company Preferred Qualifications: Master\'s degree in criminal justice or relevant business fields of study Proficiency in the international security arena Certified Protection Professional (CPP) accreditation CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) Direct security experience with major technology organization Direct APAC regional exposure Note: Looking for candidates who are willing to relocate to Singapore.
