Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role will require expertise in various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Identify and target key audiences across digital channels.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Create engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking on search engines.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
• Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Segment email lists and personalize email content to improve open and click-through rates.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing activities.
• Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other stakeholders to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Additional Skills:
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Certification).
• Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing.
• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
