PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM

:

• Familiar with overlaying mechanical, electrical and plumbing background to provide permit and above ceiling coordination shop drawings
• Prepare blueprints using CAD systems
• Modify and refine designs to conform with customer specifications
• Present designs and reports to management and/or customers for approval
• Attend job site meetings as needed
• Able to interpret project documents and specifications
• Able to work with multiple functions and teams
• Use established business processes and software to achieve and track progress and results
• Able to successfully, and independently, plot/scan/print designs
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is required

The primary function of the Fire Protection Designer is to work independently or collaboratively, using standard techniques and materials within the industry, to design and develop computer assisted drawings (CAD, Revit, etc.) for the purpose of communicating engineering ideas/plans to team members, clients or Consultant. The Fire Protection Designer is responsible for preparing drawings and specifications for fire suppression and alarm systems.

To provide BOQ to Estimation Department for new enquiry, after making design on the drawings received from client ,for preparing OFFER;

To get BOQ and Specifications verified from Reporting Manager, before sending it to Estimation Department;

After receipt of Purchase Order, Collection of plant drawings and all relevant information from client, if required do site visit and collect full information.

After collecting complete information of any project, start designing and drawing the proposed scheme on the layout and get the same certified from Senior;

For approval of drawings send one copy to client via mail in PDF or hard copy.

Provide the drawing layouts to concerned Engineers, contractors as and when required in hard copy.

To prepare Billable and Non-Billable BOQ for each and every new project, based on that MRN to be released from projects team;

Communication with clients if and when required with clarity;

To prepare As-Built Drawings after completion of project as and when required;

Read and understand 2D and 3D drawings.

Familiar with all Isometric drawing knowledge is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
