Job Location- Pune Education- BE/ Btech Experience- 3 to 6 years Job Responsibilities -D Analyst -Responsible for 1D modeling using KULI for simulation, analysis, writing conclusion, doing What-if scenario analysis and making recommendation to improve/ optimize the performance of following listed systems: a. Engine/ Power Train Cooling (MCE/ RD E) b. Alternate Mobility- Battery Cooling/ Traction cooling system (EV/ HEV) c. Mobile HVAC with single, dual and secondary loop -Responsible for 1D work planning, scheduling, execution, tracking and man hours estimation -This role demands interface with engin eers from design, physical test and validation, CAE, system supplier for digital validation data collation -Candidate must have the necessary ability and confidence to handle conflicting situations involving technical deliverables and deliver jobs assigned wit hin agreed timelines -He/ She must be willing to work as a CFT member for risk assessment at early concept design stageand resolution of technical issues related to vehicle thermal management -He/ She must be competent with data archiving and documentation for 1D simulation work and simultaneously ensure strengthening of in-house competencies in the domain -Timely reporting of analysis results, in the form of technical reports up to line manager is a must have -In the long run, this role demands the development o f robust and innovative simulation techniques withimproved efficiency and simulation outcome accuracy -Candidate must have the ne cessary skills, confidence and ability to execute special projects in HVACdomain (focused on, vehicle interior air quality, energy efficiency, thermal comfort enhancement)within signed off timelines and execute the project by developing proof of concept, doing e xperiments(DoE) and report generation -Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative solutions, technologies, and methodologies toenhance project outcomes -Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members -Monitor project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential obstacles andensure project success -Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improve ment, andimplement corrective actions as necessary -Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, technical s pecifications, andpresentations, for internal and external stakeholders -Must have a proactive and innovative mindset to propose breakthrough solutions
