Posted Date :20 Nov 2023Function/Business Area :Engineering & TechnologyLocation :Navi MumbaiJob Responsibilities :.Preparation of Electrical Design BasisChecking of electrical base load list, motor list, and equipment list.Checking of typical LV schematics.Preparation of standard installation drawings, if required.Checking of LV/and preparation of HV Single line diagramChecking of Switchgear/MCC schedules.Preparation of project specific schematics (LV).Checking of interconnection diagrams/schedules.Checking of schedules for various types of distribution boards.Checking of cables schedulesChecking of drawing wise MTO.Checking of supply of quantity.Perform and review of Electrical system study reportPreparation of relay setting schedule.Perform / Check sizing calculation for various electrical equipmentsPreparation of MR, Datasheet & TBE for various Low and High voltage electrical equipment#sPreparation of electrical power & grounding layouts, cable tray layouts. substation layouts, lighting layouts, area classification layoutPreparation of heat tracing & freeze protection layout.Preparation of Man-Hour estimation for project.Development of QMS procedure and departmental procedures.Development of Preparation of #As-Built# drawings.Assisting site for installation & commissioning activities.On-site Material reconciliation.Participating in electrical equipment inspection at vendor works.Provide support in in-house software development activity.Provide support in customizing commercial software.Review of 3D modelling of Electrical and instrument raceways.Education Requirement :Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.TECH)Experience Requirement :06 years minimum including 1 yr. training.Skills & Competencies :Basic Engineering Knowledge specific to disciplineGood communication & presentation skillsLeadership to lead assigned team of Engineers, checker and cad groupInterdisciplinary co-ordination issues and resolutionKnowledge of Microsoft word and ExcelKnowledge of material specification and advances in industryThorough knowledge of local and international standards and codesUnderstands intra discipline technical issues.Knowledge of planning and scheduling.
