+ Lead the India based teams of Delivery Managers, Client Onboarding Managers and Client Reporting Specialists responsible for successful setup, reporting, and delivery of customer marketing campaigns
+ Help foster the global, company-wide culture of Client Success
+ Propose improvements to the team's organizational structure
+ Work with Global Leadership to manage account team load and assignments to maintain and define an optimal ratio of campaigns for resource and headcount planning
+ Maintain open communication with CS and Delivery teams to address and mitigate any concerns or problems
+ Enforce ownership of responsibilities, contribution to client success and performance measures for each of the different roles within your team
+ Set expectations on performance and give continuous feedback to each team member in line with management expectations
+ Encourage and facilitate career development and growth through 1:1 weekly meetings and formal quarterly reviews
+ Establish a rigorous hiring, interview and promotion process for the roles within the team
+ Stay informed of current market trends
+ Schedule and project manage from inception through completion team meetings, training sessions and events including agenda, content, location, team bonding activities, etc
+ Enforce proper internal and customer approvals to process make-goods and cancellations
+ Support the Global Operations team initiatives to fill resource gaps as needed
+ Under advisement of leadership, help the product team facilitate successful rollout, global training and adoption of new products and features
+ Drive alignment cross-functionally to drive mutually beneficial outcomes for ML and clients alike.
+ Gather and provide feedback across other departments, including Ops, Sales, Marketing, CS, Tech, Product to improve processes for operational excellence, workflow efficiency, accurate campaign setup, on-time delivery and completion
+ Advocate for changes in other departments' ways of working (including the onboarding and handover process) and collaborate with them to implement those
+ Promote adoption of critical processes
+ Serve as main escalation point for all client escalations being managed in your region
+ In office 5 days per week
### Basic Qualifications:
+ 12+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services/Success, Campaign Management or digital media.
+ 6+ years of experience leading an Account Management, Client Services/Success, Campaign Management or Client Onboarding team
+ 3+ years experience in client facing roles.
+ Excellent customer service and organizational skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Experience handling projects from interactive/social to lead generation
+ Well versed in the mar tech and digital landscape (RTB, DSP, Programmatic, SSP, etc).
+ Familiar with ad serving technology, RTB and the programmatic landscape
+ Experience in project planning
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to lead and manage a great team in a fast paced environment.
+ Ability to identify gaps in workflow or processes and project manage solutions for gaps prior to becoming unmanageable
+ Must be wiling to work dedicated US hours
+ Must be willing to be in office 5 days per week

Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
