Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading HR Management Consultancy.Our client which is a US based IT company located at Ahmedabad is looking for candidates for below position:Position: Data Warehouse -EngineerQualification:Bachelor\'s Degree in computer science or Information TechnologyExperience: Minimum 3 yearsLocation: AhmedabadPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand design/mapping documents and implement into code using ETL tool/technology preferred by company.
• Create robust and high - performing ETL code for data warehouse.
• Develop code that adhere to development standards and are accurate, efficient, and maintainable.
• Provide documentation for all developed ETL processes, including process flow and source and target mapping.
• Coordinate activities with team members to ensure integration, data integrity anddata quality
• Provide technical and business knowledge support to the team.
• Provide logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy.

Skills :

• Experience in Data warehousing, ETL concepts preferably with Retail or Consumer domain.
• Hands on experience working in AWS or other cloud environments.
• Sound experience working with some industry leading ETL tools (e.g. AbInitio, Informatica, DataStage etc).
• Experience with ETL tool with AWS is plus (e.g. Matillion).
• Working experience on multiple Databases (knowledge of Amazon Redshift is a plus).
• Hands on experience of large storage platforms like Amazon S3, HDFS etc is preferred but not limited to.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages like python is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
