Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic analytics to determine root causes of deviations and propose data-driven solutions to prevent future occurrences
• Develop and refine predictive models and forecasting algorithms to anticipate future trends and behaviors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics findings into broader organizational strategies
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the analysis process to maintain the reliability of business insights
• Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders and non-technical audiences to support strategic decision-making
• Mentor junior data scientists, providing technical leadership and fostering their professional growth
• SQL analytics integrated with generative AI solutions to deliver refined, data-driven insights for informed decision-making and data integrity
• Utilize chat-based conversational buffer memory to enhance interaction and context retention in AI-driven conversations and analyses

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, focusing on diagnostic analytics and predictive modeling
• Proficient in statistical programming languages such as Python and SQL
• Strong background in data manipulation, data visualization, and machine learning algorithms
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting data insights and influencing strategic decisions
