We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist and Machine Learning expert to join our innovative team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning solutions to drive business value and solve complex problems.

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions and improvements
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Create and present data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the data science team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Optimize existing models and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy



Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning roles
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of industry-specific applications of data science and machine learning is a plus
