CL: 9B - Senior Data Miner Sr Data Miner for Predictive Analytics is expected to bring strong analytical capability, with preferable banking domain experience, expertise in regression based techniques, customer segmentation, propensity models etc. This role involves executing business requirements, adherence to delivery timelines, and creation of presentations/documents/reports as required by stakeholders. The person should possess good verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities Understand and articulate business problems into technical solutions providing the required output Provide Regression based solutions to the stakeholders using the given tools Hands-on in the data management and data analysis tasks Other responsibilities include: Timely delivery of the project ensuring high quality deliverables and smooth day-to-day operations of project Resolving all project-related issues Adherence to all compliance requirements. Providing inputs to the project manager Essential skills Proficiency in Logistic & Linear Regression, Decision Trees using CHAID or CART, forecasting, clustering Expertise in statistical modeling will be a key requirement. Strong excel and PowerPoint presentation skills required Hands on experience in creating database structures for data consolidation tasks is required Hands-on experience in data handling and tools like SAS / R /Python is mandatory. Experience in statistical and data analysis in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Data analytics with familiarity in quantitative techniques like logistic regression, decision trees, linear regression, segmentation, cluster analysis etc. Identifying and defining KPIs to track results, performance of campaigns, etc. Other Requirements Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful and ability to multi-task Should be a fast learner and a self-starter. Must possess excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills (both verbal & written) Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Flexible and adaptable to change and ability to multitask Experience Relevant Professional analytics experience of 5+years, primarily associated with Customer Experience Management, Collections Modelling, Customer churn analytics. Experience and familiarity with Customer lifecycle/ customer strategy/ in banking, telecom, healthcare domain Data Visualization techniques will be an added advantage Educational qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree Post-Graduation, preferably MBA or MSc.
