  • Strong background in AWS cloud services like lambda, glue, s3, emr, sns, sqs, cloudwatch, redshift
  • Expertise in SQL and experience with relational databases like Oracle, MySql, PostgreSQL
  • Proficient in Python programming for data engineering tasks, automations
  • Experience with shell scripting in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Experience with Big Data \xe2\x80\x93 Hadoop, Spark
  • Nice to have - knowledge in Machine Learning models, regression, validation.
The candidate ideally would need to have these:
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with high attention to detail.
  • Committed and highly motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to take lead and motivate junior resources on a daily basis.
  • Effectively communicate issues, incidents, and updates to management and stakeholders in a timely manner.
