The team has successfully implemented many of the core components. With a constant moving and expending environment, the IAM team is exploring all processes and technology to expend the security coverage and improve the end user experience.With the additional features and the goal of extensive coverage comes a higher level of complexity, criticality, overall usage, and dependency on the environment.Join a growing, fast-paced and high-performance Access Controls team. The ideal candidate for position will be a proactive and self-motivated professional who will work with other team members to manage access controls for Visa key information resources residing on multiple platforms, with a focus area in Windows systems, Active Directories and automation. The successful candidate will aid in the continuous improvement of the identity and access management practices.Essential Functions:Establish a long-term central governance solution for access control to Visa SMB/CIFS file shares (scope Windows and Isilons).Conduct comprehensive evaluation of the current access controls for unstructured data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure continuous data availability during this process. Simultaneously, work towards the implementation of a robust, sustainable governance model for file share access controls. This should include strategies for enhancing security measures to protect our data assets more effectively.Maintain an established operational governance model for Windows and Isilons, ensuring that access permissions are strictly controlled and do not allow for excessive permissions.Align the access management model with Visa User Access Recertification processes.Develop new management metrics and concise reporting.Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) over IAM practices, policies and procedures for the Windows systems and Active Directories.Identify and analyze opportunities to streamline and automate existing manual processes, specifically within access management practices, with the aim of driving operational efficiency.Engage in project-based activities for Access Management, contributing business requirements and ensuring adherence to both industry and company security standards.Complete access request processing as per pre-defined sets of procedure and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA), resolve problem tickets and assist other security analysts as needed.Diligently document access management procedures for assigned platforms, databases and applications. Keep the access management procedures up-to-date.Proactively identify audit and compliance access related issues to reduce the risk of security exposures on the support systems and applications. Coordinate access management related audit and compliance tasks, such as user access reporting and other relevant research and investigation.Flexibility to work after hours and weekends if and when required to accommodate and support the existing servers/ applications maintenance windows.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
