- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
- Follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers Handle grievances to preserve the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation.
- Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Proven track record in International BPO
- Exceptional listening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle pressure.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
