Job Summary:
The Senior Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating ambulance services for our animal hospital. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a compassionate approach to handling emergency situations involving pets and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ambulance Coordination:
• Manage and coordinate ambulance schedules and dispatches.
• Ensure timely response and efficient routing for emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Liaise with veterinary staff and ambulance drivers to facilitate seamless transport of animals.
• Customer Support:
• Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, addressing their concerns and needs with empathy.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to ambulance services, appointments, and general hospital information.
• Maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor during emergency situations.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of ambulance trips, including details of the animal's condition, treatment, and transport logistics.
• Prepare reports and updates for hospital management regarding ambulance service performance and areas for improvement.
• Manage billing and payment processes related to ambulance services.
• Team Leadership:
• Train and mentor junior customer support staff.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the customer support team.
• Collaborate with the hospital management to improve service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a medical or veterinary setting.
• Prior experience in managing emergency response or ambulance coordination is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and systems.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
