The Territory Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for delivering customer support in terms of Technical Service at Nellore and associated territories.

This position is a part of Technical Service Department located at Hyderabad and will be indicated as a Fully Remote Position providing service support to our esteemed clients aligned with our vision of delivering healthcare to patients across the globe. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the AP & Telangana Service Team and report to the State Service Manager -APT responsible for the client support across the state. The field service technical team of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana which comprises of 7 field engineers with the following responsibilities-

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Install and maintain instruments and systems in a laboratory environment.
• Deliver basic operational training at installation.
• Provide effective product and customer support.
• Ensure Preventive Maintenance (PM) planning & Modification (MODs) planning are performed in a timely manner.
• Seek timely support for difficult product issues avoiding unnecessary downtime.
• Perform timely reporting of his/her activities.
• Maintain excellent customer relation, specifically with his/her directly assigned accounts.
• Adhere to field service policies procedures and standards.
• Maintain recommended spare parts of his product range.
• Ensure appropriate spare parts stock.

The extended requirement of this role would be, that you

• Can handle one or more product groups (for example: Immunoassay, Hematology or Chemistry) with timely expert support.
• Able to identify application vs. service issues and collaborates to resolve.
• Provide On site mentoring to New Associates.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Graduation (Electrical/ Electronics/ Biomedical Engineering) with 3-8 Years on any type of instrumentation- Medical or Analytical. Or Remote 3-8 Years of experience o
• Basic experience on In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment (Hematology, Biochemistry and/or Immunoassay)
• Is able to logically resolve or troubleshoot in times of crises and leverage expert help.
• Self-Managed, Multitasking.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Any of the large instrumentation of Beckman Coulter
• LIS and network implementation / support
• Lab automation systems and/ or integrated systems
