Job Family Descriptor Qualifications: Degree in Electronics Engineering /Telecommunication Engineering /Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent. Candidate should be from Telecom Enterprise domain. Should have min 7 to 8 years of experience in same domain. Ability to adapt to changes and working in stressful environment. Responsible for Project delivery through Project Management life cycle to Enterprise customers. Responsible for achieving monthly target in terms of numbers & revenue. Responsible for SLA/KPIs management & Vendor management. Responsible to carry out delivery analysis and highlighting dependencies in initial stage. Should handle escalations, identifying risks and providing solution to concerns. Responsible to ensure process compliance. Responsible to flash Service Delivery progress report for all Circles & to Corporate. Should be familiar with fibre - OSP/ISP/IBD & UBR deliveries. Should understand OSP/ISP/IBD / Transmission/ IP/ VOICE/4G technology, Fibre equipment\'s, UBR technology and concept. Building synergy among all the stakeholders and ensure Service Delivery as per customer expectations. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Manage customer acceptance/Project closure & service handover to assurance team. Manage customer feedback after project deliver for continuous service improvement. Broad outline of the Role Has enough knowledge within Network Operations Support to allow them to apply their knowledge efficiently and work productively with broad instruction Regularly participates in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member is able to proactively identify important issues or risks seeks the appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes Operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within Telecom Network Operations and Maintenance Works under direct supervision Able to identify problems and provide inputs to improve change or adapt existing methods and techniques drawing from personal experiences and feedback Actively acquires more complex skills techniques operating practices knowledge of abstract concepts in order to progress toward full proficiency in the field of specialisation Has skills and knowledge that will allow them to adapt to effectively deal with unfamiliar issues challenges problems within their field of specialisation Education Graduate in any discipline Experience 4 8 years
