Responsibilities:
As a Cruise Sales Consultant, your duties include answering inbound calls from clients looking to schedule vacations or asking questions about your amazing cruise deals.

• We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Cruise Sales.
• Assisting prospective customers over the phone and pitching different cruise vacations.
• Deep understanding of cruises and the cruise business. preferably obtained via vacation cruises or in a cruise-related position (such as cruise sales or industry employment.
• Assisting prospective customers over the phone, pitching different cruise vacations, and reserving from multiple large cruise lines.
• transforming sales inquiries into reservations that are confirmed. Upselling and off-line items like trips.
• Modifying bookings.
• Analytical skills for monitoring important performance indicators
• Being patient in recognizing each customer's demands and putting quality above quantity when it comes to holidays

Requirements :

A minimum of a graduate degree in Hospitality, Travel and/or Tourism, and/or Business Development.

At least 2 to 3 years experience in Cruise Sales, either in retail/customer-facing or telesales environments.

The successful candidate for this Cruise Reservations Consultant position will ideally be from a travel sales background with a proven ability to smash sales targets. If you have worked in Cruise travel with proven sales figures and a genuine passion for travel sales, your application may also be considered!
