Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven track record in creative leadership, preferably within branding or advertising. Strong grasp of advertising principles, design aesthetics, and visual communication. Exceptional managerial skills, capable of leading and inspiring a creative team. Knowledge in industry-standard design software and tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English. Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset, capable of translating business goals intocreative solutions. High creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. Strong project management skills, ensuring efficient execution of projects.
