The team member will be working with the existing COE team members and the COE team lead who will be leading certain operational processes and provide critical day-to-day support to team members and Consulting in India, NA, EMEA and Japan.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:A core component of Consulting\xe2\x80\x99s strategic direction is to drive operational effectiveness and scale the business using technology and process. This role will be responsible for being an integral part of these processes and is expected to deliver the following:

  • Coordinating and supporting the global quality process which includes collecting and reviewing data, entering into Survey tools, reviewing the results, following up on non-compliance, sharing feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively supporting the expense management policies and activities, escalating to management when needed.
  • Perform invoice processing - supplier and subcontractors.
  • Supporting revenue generation initiatives such as ensuring timesheet and forecast compliances.
  • Manage multiple regional inboxes and support the regional teams
  • Designing, developing and testing enhancements of existing or new reports and dashboards
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders in the operations organization to define and execute reporting needs. This will include gathering and documenting report requirements
  • Continuously support the introduction and implementation of new tools or initiatives
  • Be the first point of contact for all questions regarding systems, tools and processes of which you hold ownership. Research and develop process improvements as part of continuous improvement
  • Attending and participating in team calls, events and/or meetings by providing data as required, taking notes and following up on actions
  • Coordinating and supporting the internal processes including collecting approvals, data review and sanitization, creating and updating a tracker, helping with organizing internal events
  • Supporting entry and maintenance of data in Gartner internal systems, ensuring the highest possible level of data accuracy
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree essential, preferably in commerce stream
  • A 3 or 4-year university degree program is desirable
  • 3+ years of total experience in operations role
  • Should have experience in developing reports on Excel or other relevant reporting tools
  • Experience of acting as a business coordinator and basic salesforce platform knowledge will be a plus
  • Results oriented \xe2\x80\x94 ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on quality of the work delivered, and meeting deadlines independently and in a team environment
  • Self-starter & being able to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills
  • Good email writing skills to comprehend and express the requirements with the stakeholders
  • Detail oriented with an unwavering commitment to pursue relevant and accurate data
  • Be able to liaise and interact with field consultants globally, the global Operations Team, our IT partners and other stakeholders to gather information, identify solutions, test, and communicate resolutions.
  • Diligent attention to detail is essential due to the nature work
  • Works under pressure, is able to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Sound ethics and confidentiality with good customer service skills
  • Thorough analysis, judgment and problem solving skills
  • Ability to combine data entry priorities with the need to support ad-hoc tasks
  • Successfully develop good relationships with the field and become a trusted partner
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
