Be part of an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.Location- Gurgaon (Hybrid)Your future employer- A 300-year-old multinational P&C insurer operating across the UK, Ireland, Canada, and other parts of Europe.Responsibilities-Understanding the task and listing down to-dos based on discussions with stakeholders, project owner, and project sponsorsGuiding junior team members on required training for projectsProcessing and reconciling complex data structures, identifying, and resolving data gaps/issues in line with best industry and commercial practicesConducting analysis for low to high-risk projects using standard Analytical and Statistical techniquesConducting self-review and escalating issues/seeking review from STMExploring new/more appropriate analysis methodologies and validating the appropriateness of applied methodologiesConducting independent peer reviews for low to medium-risk projects as per best practicesPreparing comprehensive project documentation, drafting final stakeholder presentations and reports as per STM guidance and company visual standardsBuilding and maintaining effective working relationships with internal teams and stakeholdersRequirements-Experience in General Insurance Technical Pricing and Underwriting Modelling5+ years of relevant experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid understanding and demonstrated experience in working with Actuarial or Technical Underwriters in Loss Cost Modelling, Demand or Conversion Modelling, Claim Analytics like Fraud or Propensity ModellingProficient in data handling using SASStrong foundation in statistical modellingExperience in directly managing or mentoring a 2-4 member teamProficiency in Python or R machine learning programmingExposure to supervised or unsupervised modelling algorithmsKnowledge of Machine Learning in AzureWhat is in it for you?Grow in culture focused on training and mentoringWork in a fast-paced environment in an established brandReach Us:If you think you are perfect fit for this role, kindly drop me an email along with your updated CV at isha.joshi@crescendogroup.in.Crescendo Global is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Leadership Hiring consulting arm of Crescendo Group with expertise in mid to senior level niche recruitment.
