Job Location : Gurgaon/ Mumbai / Bangalore
Exp : 3+ yrs (Relevant exp in IT SOX audit)
Shift : Starting window : Anytime between 11 am to 2 pm (Hybrid)Responsibilities:
Project related:

• IT SoX engagements from planning, scoping, team setup, stakeholder management, training, to SoX closure.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders for audit planning and scoping activities, audit calendar.
• Drive efficiency in team through adequate trainings, project repositories, etc.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of SAP systems and lead data extractions from SAP systems, ITGC testing for SAP controls.
• Lead client discussions on deficiencies, process improvements, remediation, deficiency closure.
• Apply risk lens to new mergers & acquisitions, technology implementations impacting clientxe2x80x99s control environment.
• Drive automation of controls testing enhancing accuracy of testing results, reduction in time, and increased value delivered to client.
• Provide solutions to clientsxe2x80x99 problem statement within the scope of engagement as well as outside of project scope.
• Collaborate with different project workstreams ensuring increased efficiency within team.

Other responsibilities:

• Ensure client service delivery in accordance with the quality guidelines & methodologies.
• Build and maintain client relationship by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of work.
• Contribute to people and knowledge development initiatives by developing training material and conducting training.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills including the ability to research and understand sophisticated processes and effectively communicate them to interested parties.
• Demonstrate superior relationship building and relationship leadership skills.
• Build strong rapport with team members; periodically connect with individuals to aid job satisfaction and provide guidance on career aspirations.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

• B.E., B.Sc. IT, B.Tech., M.Tech., MCA (Preferred) / MBA
• Required minimum 8 years of experience in IT SoX, stakeholder management, account mining, controls testing.
• Understanding of CoBit5 and COSO framework will be preferred.

Preferred qualifications

• Good understanding of IT Application Controls (ITAC), controls automations
• Strong understanding of general IT processes and controls and the aptitude to ensure the appropriate controls are crafted to mitigate the risks and must be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills to ensure ability to clearly articulate and negotiate with the external auditors.
• In depth knowledge/experience of technology processes, systems and infrastructure including project management, change management, access management and data processing operations such as job scheduling and monitoring, problem management and backups.
• Understanding of business processed like RTR, OTC, Payroll, etc.
• Superior verbal communication skills including the proven track record to negotiate solutions in challenging situations with both technology and non-technology business partners.
• Willingness to travel (20-30% time)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to: Word, Excel, Visio, Access Innovative and always looking for continuous improvement to develop succession plan for staff.
