We are looking for OpenText Hybrid Cloud Management consultant to join our highly motivated team. We want dynamic people and encourage candidates with a diverse variety of experience and history. You are great at:

• Keep up-to date with latest automation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in working with other members at remote locations (International).
• Time flexibility for meetings that may be conducted outside local business hours.
• Experience in working with Product Support and R&D for product related issues.
• Demonstrated technical documentation skills - technical documentation, solution design, release notes, user guides, test plans, test results summary document etc.

What it takes:

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
• At least 8-12 years in OpenText Cloud Service Automation (CSA) or Hybrid Cloud Management (HCMx) and OpenText Operations Orchestration (OO) implementation
• Good knowledge in either of vCenter, AWS or Azure VM provisioning
• Basic Networking concepts, DB Concepts and Server OS concepts.
• Modelling the service designs in HCMx to meet specific business requirements.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of existing processes and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Conduct POC and demonstrate the viability of the solution.
• Leading automation projects and overseeing their implementation and deployment.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in the HCMx environment.
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members on automation development and practices.
• Creating project artifact documents as per the requirement

Knowledge and Skills:

• Hands-on experience with installing upgrade, configuration, and administration of OpenText Hybrid Cloud Management (HCMx)
• Deploy HCMx highly availability cluster in on-premise, AWS, Azure and set up authentication in accordance with the specified design.
• Hands on experience with designing complex service designs, service offerings, cost governance, cloud aggregations, complex OO flows to meet specific business requirements.
• Define the standards for HCMx services design, service offerings, OO flows and ensure the team\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with the same.
• Hands-on experience with developing OO flow either in studio or web-designer
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API consumption using OO.
• Hands-on experience in any one of scripting - Python, Unix/Linux Shell scripting, PowerShell scripting etc.
• Demonstration of solutions to customer
