Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP QM and domain expertise in Laboratory Information Management Systems and Quality Assurance in Pharma Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring quality management processes are effectively implemented and maintained. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of SAP QM modules and their application in sales production procurement and quality notifications.Responsibilities * Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP QM modules in sales production procurement and quality notifications.

• Oversee the integration of Laboratory Information Management Systems with SAP QM to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide expert guidance on quality assurance processes within the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality management issues.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all quality management activities.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP QM modules.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of quality management strategies and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality management processes and system configurations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP QM-related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality management processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality management objectives and priorities.
