about the role Sr. Consultant - Cloud Solutions Looking for BMC Discovery Expert and Product Owner, responsible for RUN and Deployment for CMDB data acquisition for BMC Discovery & VMWARE Cloud Services & Delivery projects. Key Result Area: Coordination of the overall project and related sub-projects Coordination of the project team Coordinate with the Project Manager to define priorities Communication with the Business Security Officer assigned to the project Governance with project sponsors Creates global coverage KPIs and reports monthly on deployment and run progress to the project team for communication to management Autonomous in identifying actions to achieve KPIs Suggests changes to discovery services Reduce discovery redundancy between tools Coordinates PM escalations, in case of difficulties Contributes to defining the delivery and run model for inventory tools Defines the specifications of tasks that may be requested from other teams (Automation, Public Cloud and Cloud Avenue development teams) and follows up on them. Promotion of the services offered by the 2 projects Budget preparation for the 2 projects Preparation of roadmaps Improves the efficiency of the processes he uses Ensure the consistent Level-3 support for Development solution to Level-2 automation teams and customers about you Educational Qualifications: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject ITIL Certification BMC Discovery Certification (Preferred) Agile / Scrum Certification (Preferred) Relevant Experience: Total 7 to 10 years of experience in Inventory Automation, Cloud Solutions, CMDB Service and Product Management Minimum 5 years of experience in BMC Discovery or other scanning and inventory tools Minimum 3 years of experience with Agile, SAFe and JIRA process Desired skills/knowledge: Proven working experience in BMC Discovery solution or other inventory management solution Autonomous and able to manage several projects in parallel Proven experience and understanding on CMDB service and tooling Hands on knowledge for preparing HLD and LLD document for services Good understanding about JIRA board and Scrum process Proven working experience in Cloud Inventory and scanning solutions Working knowledge on writing and running complex SQL queries on multiple databases Expertise in preparing roadmap and define vision of service at global level Contribute in all phases of the product release lifecycle Working knowledge to help team in defining solution and architecture Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications Prepare and produce releases of software components Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology networking/security solutions, including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS Strong problem-solver, proven ability to sort through complex issues and actively participate in development of alternative solutions or approaches Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and ITIL processes such as Incident management, Problem management, Release management etc.. department Global Delivery & Operations L\'ambition d\'Orange Business est de devenir l\'int grateur r seaux et num rique de r f rence en Europe, en nous appuyant sur nos forces autour des solutions de connectivit nouvelle g n ration, du cloud et de la cybers curit .
