ABOUT AAP ADVANCE INDIA INNOVATION CENTER:

The AAP Global Capability Center, located in Hyderabad, is a step in this strategic direction that enables us to access a larger talent pool, unlock operational efficiencies and increase levels of collaboration.
Summary:
Plans, directs, and implements policies for all areas of the human resources function including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety and compliance. Administers and innovates human resources programs and policies support company goals and positively engage the workforce. Advises leadership on all human resources issues with broad and current subject matter knowledge that includes expertise in federal and state employment laws. Prepares operating budgets for human resources and make recommendations for funding that drives workforce productivity. Typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the strategy and execution of internal and external communication initiatives across the GCC in alignment with the global communications team.
  • Create and edit content for GCC and company-wide strategic communication initiatives across multiple platforms (intranet, newsletters, blogs, etc.)
  • Lead the design, build, review and approval of communications collateral (Starting Line banners, flyers/one-page docs, physical letters, decks/presentations) used to communicate strategic initiatives and provide direction to improve execution
  • Direct internal/external vendors on projects and provide strategic direction based on the needs of the Communications Team and the audiences served
  • Serve as strategic communications lead for the GCC, GCC leadership and various project teams by providing communications counsel and support that connects business function objectives and projects to overall communication strategy
  • Closely work with our partner network to ideate, design and implement employer branding communication and engagement campaigns, internally and externally.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for branding and communication campaigns
  • Manage media inquiries, arrange interviews, prep executives and develop message points for interviews
  • Proactively identify brand announcements and stories for press releases and pitch to local and national media
  • Serve as main point of contact and work closely with the GCC\xe2\x80\x99s national PR agency of record
  • Plan internal events and identify seminars and conferences for brand promotion
  • Build communication calendars and brand templates for internal communication and social media campaigns
  • Stay abreast of best practices in employer branding and communications
  • Stay on top of cutting-edge tools and explore ways to improve brand awareness employee engagement.
Experience and Requirements Required Experience and Skills:
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Communication/MBA preferred
  • 10 or more years of experience in a marketing, communications and/or public relations role in an MNC or agency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
