Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all machining operations during the shift.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to prevent downtime.
Lead and motivate the shift team to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to programming and NPD.
Report daily production output and any issues to senior management.
Reduce cycle time and tooling cost and increase tool life
Desired Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of machining processes and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with safety and quality standards in machining.
Proficiency in production management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in machining operations.
Proven experience managing a team in a manufacturing environment.
Industry Preferred: Automotive components manufacturing or similar industries involving machining
processes.
