Responsibilities:

Excellent Verbal and Written communication (English)
Excellent Knowledge on Linux / Cents OS / Windows / Networking
Troubleshoot to resolve technical issues for remote clients.
Identify bottlenecks, call out issues, take ownership, track & provide resolution.
Open to work in 24*7 Shifts, rotational weekly off, work from office environment.
Being proactive and show the utmost respect for Clients time.
Good time management, ensuring all contacts with Clients add value.
Good Presentation skills and knowledge of MS Office.
Independently manage the shift.

Must Have :

Digital Cinema domain / Direct customer handling experience.
Experience in handling International Clients/Customers.
Job Location: Preferred is Chennai if not Anywhere in World (Training at - Mylapore, Chennai)
Experience: 3-5 years Experience
