Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication (English)
  • Excellent Knowledge on Linux / Cents OS / Windows / Networking
  • Troubleshoot to resolve technical issues for remote clients.
  • Identify bottlenecks, call out issues, take ownership, track & provide resolution.
  • Open to work in 24*7 Shifts, rotational weekly off, work from office environment.
  • Being proactive and show the utmost respect for Clients time.
  • Good time management, ensuring all contacts with Clients add value.
  • Good Presentation skills and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Independently manage the shift.
Must Have :
  • Digital Cinema domain / Direct customer handling experience.
  • Experience in handling International Clients/Customers.
  • Job Location: Preferred is Chennai if not Anywhere in World (Training at - Mylapore, Chennai)
  • Experience: 3-5 years Experience
