Position: Sr. C++/Java Developer (Architect)


Job Location: Gurgaon


Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and implement software solutions for flight simulation systems.
• Take a lead role in the architecture, design, and implementation of software modules and components
• Conduct code reviews, provide guidance, and mentor junior team members
• Ensure the software meets high-quality standards, performance requirements, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications
• Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development


Requirement and Skills:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development, preferably in the aviation or gaming industry
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Java
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and practices
• Experience with software architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with 3D graphics programming and engines, such as Unity or Unreal Engine
• Expertise in debugging, profiling, and optimizing software performance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills in English


Preferred:


• Experience with flight simulation systems or aviation-related software development.
• Knowledge of real-time simulation and modelling techniques.
• Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies.
