Job Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, delegating tasks, providing training, and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Contract Management: Manage contracts, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and legal requirements.
• contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Supervision and Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all civil finishing activities including flooring, plumbing, door-window installation, false ceiling, paint application, putti work, texture application, fabrication work, railing installation, electric work, paver block laying, and granite work.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all finishing work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain schedules for finishing work to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Material Management: Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials required for finishing work.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations during all finishing activities.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and vendors involved in finishing work.
• Problem Resolution: Address any issues or challenges that arise during finishing work and implement effective solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to finishing work progress, materials used, and any changes or deviations from plans.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering with a focus on project management and execution. Experience in managing large-scale construction projects is advantageous.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Technically sound in reading Structural, MEP, Architectural, Plan-Elevation-Section, etc. drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
