Job Overview

Rayzon Solar seeks an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead the civil engineering aspects of our solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. You will manage design, site supervision, quality control, and coordination to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:
• Lead and manage the civil engineering team.
• Plan and coordinate engineering activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates.
• Design and Analysis:
• Review and approve designs and drawings.
• Conduct structural analysis and design foundations.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Site Supervision:
• Oversee on-site construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance.
• Resolve on-site engineering issues.
• Quality Control:
• Implement quality control procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Communicate with clients and project teams.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Assist in preparing and managing project budgets.
• Optimize resource use to control costs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 8-10 years in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior role in the solar industry.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles.
• Proficiency in software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro).
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Other: Willingness to travel to project sites.
