Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Manager
Locations: Bangalore / Ahmedabad / Pune
Reports to: VP, Business Analytics & Insights

As a leader on the Business Analytics and Insights team, you will be accountable for defining and maturing the quality of analysis, insights & underlying reporting tools for our product management and engineering teams. In this role, you play a critical consultative role for the product team as they look to optimize their investments across all product lines and seek to react proactively to market conditions and the impact on their product roadmaps. Additionally, you will play a critical role in building from the ground up our analytics and insights capabilities in India.

Related experience. You should have 8+ yrs of experience in Business Intelligence & Analytics and Consulting/Sales Operations/Financial Analysis. You should have been a great performer with high energy who should measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics through robust reporting frameworks.

Reports and Presentation: Go beyond providing reports to answer the "why" and the "so what" behind the data. Interpret complex results to a non-technical audience, using clear and everyday language to explain key findings. Create executive summaries of key performance indicators for leadership audiences. Make clear, concise, and compelling presentations to various stakeholders, including senior management.

Data storytelling: Translate business requirements into actionable visualizations and stories for stakeholders. Communicating data insights and recommendations in a clear and compelling way to stakeholders. Developing data visualizations, creating presentations, and telling stories that connect data to business outcomes.

Confident and deliberate communicator. You have a point of view and you\xe2\x80\x99re completely comfortable defending it to any person or group, regardless of level or status. It\xe2\x80\x99s a confidence that comes from experience. And that\xe2\x80\x99s not to say you aren\xe2\x80\x99t open to different views; but, when you feel strongly about a particular matter, you don\xe2\x80\x99t give up easily. You\xe2\x80\x99re at ease with lively debate, in fact, you welcome it. Your points are clear and concise. And you\xe2\x80\x99re equally as respected for your knowledge and expertise as for your style and approach.

Analytical thinker and creative problem solver. You are able to see issues holistically and follow the flow of the stack to get to the root of the matter -- a key skill in this role. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Salesforce, and hands-on Power BI or Tableau experience will be an added advantage. A track record of performing analysis, as well as defining and implementing new dashboards will be required.

Partnership with Business Leaders. You should how to partner with business leaders, consume their requirements with ease, and turn around compelling insights and visualizations. Business acumen and a solid understanding of different business functions\' needs and challenges.

A good eye for data interpretation. You should be the type of person excited to dig into data and determine which campaigns are working. Being able to explain why and how to better optimize campaigns for the future is key to collaborating cross-functionally throughout Conga. You should be able to visualize data and interpret them.

Strong attention to detail. The Conga revenue lifecycle management solution showcases a wide variety of use cases, across multiple regions and languages. Being able to quickly QA campaigns and provide feedback to both Agency Partners and internal stakeholders is necessary for success.

Trend in Analytics. You will collaborate with the BAI team\xe2\x80\x99s leadership to build \xe2\x80\x98Best in Class\xe2\x80\x99 analytics across Conga. You\xe2\x80\x99d stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analytics and data visualization.
