This role involves managing the entire creator platform, including onboarding creators, shortlisting the best talent, integrating their recipes into our platform, and establishing affiliate partnerships with chefs and creators. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for community building, content creation, and culinary arts.Key Responsibilities:- Creator Onboarding & Community Management:- Lead the onboarding process for creators onto our platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.- Identify, shortlist, and recruit talented creators, chefs, and influencers who align with our brand values and content goals.- Build and manage a vibrant community of creators, fostering relationships and maintaining regular communication to keep them engaged and motivated.- Recipe Integration & Content Collaboration:- Work closely with creators to integrate their recipes into our platform, ensuring high-quality, user-friendly content.- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to produce and curate content that meets brand standards and resonates with our target audience.- Oversee the entire content creation process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with the companys marketing strategy.- Affiliate Partnerships & Business Development:- Develop and manage affiliate partnerships with chefs, creators, and culinary influencers to expand our brand reach and drive revenue.- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with partners to secure beneficial collaborations.- Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships, using insights to optimize strategies and achieve business growth.- Community Engagement & Growth:- Design and implement strategies to grow our creator community, setting and achieving onboarding targets.- Host regular community events, webinars, and workshops to engage creators and provide value.- Act as the primary point of contact for creators, addressing any questions or concerns and providing support as needed.- Performance Analysis & Reporting:- Track and analyse community growth metrics, engagement levels, and content performance.- Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improving community initiatives.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform community strategies.- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and design, to align community initiatives with broader company goals.- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and partners to execute community-building strategies effectively.Requirements
