We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive preferably a lady candidate to lead our efforts in selling and implementing our wellness food programs and wellness food products to schools and other institutions. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for nutrition and wellness, with a proven track record in strategic sales, partnership development, and team leadership in the institutional sector. The national wide campaign aligns with various government of India policies which gives an upper edge to the go-getter attitude and target achiever person we are seeking ,for the promotion of sales of wellness food products in institutions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell our nutritional programs to various institutions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with institution administrators, government bodies, and organizations to drive program and product adoption.
  • Lead a team of business development professionals, setting clear goals and monitoring performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops for potential clients to demonstrate the value and impact of our programs and products on individual health and educational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operational teams to ensure program offerings are aligned with market needs and operational capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain and enhance our market position.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress, pipeline development, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
We would prefer :
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Nutrition, or related fields. Lady candidates will be given more preference but not limited to.
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience in business development or sales, with at least 1 years in a semi leadership role, preferably in the institutional sales sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the institutional sale landscape in India and a passion for improving nutrition and wellness.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and build long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb924,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb927,000.00 per month Schedule:
