We welcome cross-functional candidates with a strong technology, analytics, or business planning background.While the role sits in the HR function, you will join an incredible cross-functional team of experts in strategic workforce planning, admin management, and data science to advance our workforce planning capability driven by technology and process simplification and transform how we manage our workforce-related investment.This role will be responsible for partnering with the workforce planning technology team to ensure data and process setup of the workforce planning technology meets the business needs of our processes. This role will ensure a successful technology implementation and will be responsible for ongoing process, reporting, and analytics support for workforce planning processes.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Translate and document business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Partner with technical team to design and implement workforce planning technology to meet functional specifications.
  • Create user acceptance test scripts and perform user acceptance testing before and during rollout to ensure a seamless planning experience.
  • Ensure data quality is maintained by performing data audits and updating data as necessary.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including system usage policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, training materials, and presentation materials.
  • Assist in communication or training efforts for technology go-live and subsequent feature release.
  • Provide system-wide application support for workforce planning technology, including basic troubleshooting, and resolving user-reported issues.
  • Support data and process set up, data analysis, and reporting in the workforce planning technology.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: develop and drive a lens of continuous improvement for the projects, process & larger team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-4 years of relevant Business Analyst, Reporting, Analytics & Visualization experience in CPG (or related) industry, Data Modelling preferred.
  • Agility to learn new databases, tools, platforms on the fly and implement in real time.
  • Strong command over oral and written English
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into specifications.
  • Ability to work with technology partners and 3rd party vendors to ensure a quality result on projects and enhancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, design and support data, processes and technology.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/activities and prioritize appropriately.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business partners at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with data and building things - making cohesive reports and structuring data.
  • Experience merging data sets from disparate sources and report findings in a variety of formats and mediums.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience with ambiguity and applying creativity to solve problems.
  • BS/BA or above in a technical field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5-6 years of Business Reporting, Analytics & Visualization experience, Data Modelling preferred.
  • Experience in technology solutions implementation.
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and/or planning solutions.
  • Familiarity with people analytics and/or financial budget forecasting & reporting
