We enable customer, pricing & promotion strategies across the global markets through our focused capabilities of Sales Execution, Trade & Strategic Revenue Management and Category Management. We apply the principles of analytics to everything we do, constantly experimenting to discover new ways to add value to our stakeholders, customers and team members.For more details about the Function please visit thisPurpose of the roleThe role will be responsible to partner with the Sales Customer Managers for the Walmart teams in US.The team member will independently build a seamless rapport with the point of contact overseas, address and initiate business requests, establish solutions through sophisticated reporting, tool building and/or analysis and present the solutions with superior presentations/visuals. The work will be sent with actionable analysis that showcases depth & breadth of business acumen.The role includes trade fulfillment, enabling assortment and trade optimization sales strategies, competitive intelligence, recommending merchandising & pricing scenarios via leveraging various data sources (Nielsen, Lumintae, etc.) and analytical techniques either independently or through collaboration of cross-team peers.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES70% of time- Business Analysis & Analytics

  • Master/own the recurring deliverables in the form of reports and presentations. Send high-quality output in a timely manner with upgrades as required.
  • Leverage Wal-Mart Luminate, Nielsen and other such POS data sources to deliver insights about Wal-Mart customer behavior and changes to inform and influence sales and customer strategies.
  • Design, develop and execute superlative templates/dashboards and tools in a turn-key scalable format that provides actionable insights for the business questions.
  • Confidently present the data-backed analytical solutions to the business questions to stakeholders and rationalize techniques and approach.
  • Work alongside of peers and inculcate best practices and elevate the team\xe2\x80\x99s ability to tackle. Provide holistic business solutions by leveraging existing capabilities within the team.
  • Showcase thought leadership; look for ways to integrate better business solutions.
  • Demonstrate an analytical bend of mind in all tasks/projects/collaborations

  • Ensure TAT is upheld via awareness on process requirements, meeting benchmark time estimates and through articulate expectation settings with the stakeholder.
  • Guarantee data quality and accuracy through thorough comprehension of request, accurate application of tools/platforms with an eye for detail and a robust data & logic check.
  • Eliminate Waste, Contribute to the Functional Productivity Goals
  • CI Mindset: develop and drive a lens of continuous improvement for the projects, process & larger team.
  • Project Management: Juggle multiple projects including long range projects and own project scoping, to trouble shooting, collaborating to timely communication/iterations with peers and stakeholders to high impact completion and presentation.
  • Mentoring & Training new hires and Sr. Executives to excel in their roles and outperform expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education \xe2\x80\x93 Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
  • 3-4 years of relevant Business Reporting, Analytics & Visualization experience in CPG (or related) industry, Data Modelling preferred
  • Experience in analysis data and applying analytical techniques (preferred)
  • Agility to learn new databases, tools, platforms on the fly and implement in real time
  • Strong command over oral and written English
  • Multitasking ability - work on a host of tools/databases and software/platforms effectively to manifest superior results
  • Organization and Prioritization - in line with the team\'s goals
  • Collaborate with peers to align with the team\xe2\x80\x99s vision.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5-6 years of Business Reporting, Analytics & Visualization experience, Data Modelling preferre
