Overview:We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce to join our growing team!Position OverviewWe are looking for talented Senior Business Analyst to work within the Client Services team, ensuring that we deliver software that meets the business requirements of our customers and vision of our organization. This position will be in our Pune Office for US time shift. Responsibilities & Qualifications:Position Summary

• Work with our customers to understand their business process and help understand Nimble application to clients.

• Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements in the form of User Stories and client business process.

• Help customers and internal team throughout the Implementation process like discoveries, Build and UAT phase.

• Having better understanding on scope of the project

• Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules

• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results

• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process

• Work Individually or Collaborate with team members to make the project successful.

• Provide customer feedback to project manager and keep project manager updated on any deviation in scope, budget and timeline.

• Provide excellent customer service through a friendly yet empathetic tone, proactive and timely responses to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or relevant Engineering degree.

• Min. 5 to 8 years of experience as Business Analyst

• Understanding of Salesforce.com platform w.r.t Platform administration, Data Management, Integration, Security.

• Must have experience and understanding of SDLC process.

• Strong understanding on the project management

• Proficient in Salesforce user setup, permissions, role hierarchy, profile management, and user creation, reports and Dashboard management, Data load

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, ensuring the platforms effective use.

• Good Communication skills - Verbal and Written. Must be able to effectively communicate & work with fellow team members and clients to coordinate & meet deliverable.

• Certifications: Nice to have

• Salesforce Admin Certified

• Salesforce App Builder Certified

• Any BA related certification

• Willingness to work in US time Shift - 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Remotely)
