Job Title: Business Analyst - Lending (LOS & LMS)Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 58 years of experience in the Lending domain, specifically with expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and implemented. The role requires in-depth knowledge of lending processes, system functionalities, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for LOS and LMS enhancements or implementations.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and desired state systems.

Process Design and Improvement:

• Analyze existing lending processes and identify areas for automation or optimization.
• Design and document end-to-end workflows for Loan Origination and Loan Management.
• Recommend solutions aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

System Implementation and Support:

• Work closely with development, testing, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of LOS and LMS solutions.
• Define and prioritize user stories, use cases, and business scenarios.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that the system meets end to end business needs.
• Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and process refinements.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a liaison between Engineering Team, QA Team and Clients (NBFC & Banks).
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for end-users.

Regulatory and Compliance:

• Ensure that LOS and LMS solutions comply with relevant lending regulations (e.g., fair lending, anti-money laundering).
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes impacting lending operations.

Qualifications and Skills:Education:

• Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance
• Certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)

Experience:

• 58 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the lending domain.
• Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience in working on Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel.
• Basic understanding of database queries (SQL) and integration processes (APIs).
• Experience with lending platforms top lending platforms for NBFC and Small Banks.

Domain Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of the loan lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, and collections.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including compliance and risk management in lending.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
