As a business process analyst, we are looking for a professional who can work with the NIQ business units to improve their performance and processes using data. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing information about the business units\' internal workflows and business models and providing solutions to problems or areas of improvement.You will also collaborate with business and IT leaders to create new process designs and communicate complex data in a clear way, leading to the implementation of solutions covering people, process and technology changes.You will be expected to adjust your approach for each individual project to overcome obstacles, identify and remove bottlenecks and push the program to success with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.Responsibilities

  • You will conduct analysis on as-is processes.
  • You will identify any gaps in the as-is processes and elicit the information required to close those gaps.
  • By using Business Process Improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) you will critically analyze the as-is processes to identify
  • Risks
  • Bottle necks
  • Wastage
  • RACI's
  • KPI and Metrics.
  • Using the analysis performed you will document a To-Be process those addresses:
  • Mitigation of the risks identified.
  • Removal or management of the bottle necks
  • Elimination of wastage
  • Implementation of a RACI at activity level where required.
  • Implementation of KPI's and Metrics against which the process can be managed.
  • You\'ll explore different solutions to the address the business need including people, process and technology solutions. You will understand and clearly communicate the risks, benefits, and impacts of the solutions to business.
  • You\'ll formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
  • You will assist business by documenting a backlog of all changes to be implemented as well as the prioritization and planned implementation for the changes.
QualificationsMust Have
  • Deep passion for problem solving.
  • Analytical and enquiring mind
  • A wide range of technical skills: process mapping BPMN2.0, data flow diagramming.
  • Experience with Business Process Management tools (Adonis, Bizagi Kissflow, etc)
  • Enthusiasm for delivering change through people, process and technology.
  • Ability to present convincingly to cross functional teams.
  • Able to work with and explain business concepts to stakeholders.
  • Multiple listening and influencing styles: able to break down barriers.
