:OverviewGeneral Purpose:Brand lead for Hydration portfolio and whitespaces with responsibility for building and driving sustainable business models; and driving brand strategy & execution across communication, consumer engagement & activation.
ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibility Areas / Key Tasks:

• Develop long term & annual brand strategies for Hydration play in India
• Brand management and activation for Aquafina and Gatorade
• Explore and Identify whitespaces in relevant categories with category lead
• Develop and execute business models for new launches evaluating operating model and financial viability
• Develop the Innovation roadmap & anchor stage gate process on the brand
• Extensively work with different cross functional team to develop the launch plans and brand activations
• Influence bottler sales teams to adopt brand execution framework and priorities
• Lead responsibility for brand positioning, creative & media strategy, and execution in partnership with category lead

QualificationsQualification and Experiance:Tier 1 MBA graduate with 6-8 years overall experience in sales/marketing of a FMCG segment.
(Preferably min 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing & innovation)Brand marketing knowledge & activation experienceHas had exposure to creative & media agency interactions in their current rolesDifferentiating Competencies:Strong in deriving consumer insights and end-to-end execution of brand strategyStrong influencing skills to drive brand agenda cross functionally & with agency/external ecosystemAttention to detail & strong project management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast paced & dynamic environmentStrong collaboration skills to partner with brand leaders and commercial teamsKey Interfaces:Internal to PEPMarketing LeadershipAll cross functional teams: (Trademarketing, Finance, PR, Ops, SC,Sales/Franchise, etc)Regional / Global brand TeamsExternal to PEPAgency Partners xe2x80x93 Media, Creative, PRCeleb ManagementBottler Teams: Sales, Ops, SC etc
