Overview Main Purpose: Create Gatorade \'launch\' strategy for India, Conceptualize & Execute marketing calendar across communication, consumer engagement, activation & innovation towards delivering a 25MM case year 5 vision. Rebrand the Global Iconic product to India Market. India will be a global pilot market for an alternate strategic approach to build Gatorade. Continue to establish work and practices across rest of hydration portfolio (5 brands: Aquafina, Aquavess, Dukes water brands & Evervess & Dukes Soda brands). This includes but is not restricted to market visibility, packaging, regulatory compliance led R&D initiatives, new pack initiatives e.g.: water extension into cans, channel specific pack launches etc., and any other global / sector led harmonization projects. Responsibilities Accountabilities: Establish the Brand to Success in India Market as the Lead for this portfolio with the heightened focus & investment from IB. Develop long term & annual brand strategies for a wholistic Hydration Play in India Lead responsibility for Brand Positioning, Creative & Media Strategy, and execution Identify & build long term engagement platforms to drive sports hydration credentials & create \'iconic\' brand stature Identify new model for marketing - sports marketing Lead A&M investment choices based on business priorities Develop & activate regional on-ground programs in partnership with Trade marketing & Franchise teams Develop the Innovation roadmap & anchor Stage gate process on the brand Engagement with Cross-functional teams (Finance/PR/Ops/SC/Sales etc.) to deliver end to end marketing programs Single point of contact for the GBG Team. Work closely on brand launch & plan execution. Heightened interaction versus other brands due to the Global strategy and A&M investment. Initiating contracts with Celeb/ Athlete Agencies Lead partnership discussions with leading sports authorities in India like BCCI, Olympics Commission etc. Close engagement with bottler to develop relevant push model and selling capability for a premium brand. Qualifications Key Skills/ Experience Needed 5-7 years\' experience in Sales and Marketing. Focused 3 years in Brand Management Brand Management, Sports marketing Ability to lead concept, innovation, communication, activation, celeb management, senior Global stakeholder management, etc. Strong influencing skills to drive brand agenda cross functionally & with Senior agency/external ecosystem & global PEP ecosystem Attention to detail & strong project management skills Ability to thrive in a fast paced & dynamic environment Strong collaboration skills to partner with brand leaders and commercial teams Culturally \'plugged in\' - awards of sports trends/platforms etc. Leading projects end to end with low supervision
