Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to . Prepare financial plans and budgets for the Competency Centers in alignment with the respective global function leaders . Monitor cost structure on a regular basis (monthly) and challenge profit improvement strategies. Consolidate financials across global functions, countries, and other relevant business units. Analyze and prepare cost estimations and forecasting for all the services provided from the Service Center . Represent the Shared Service Centers to ensure that business planning, accounting and control are integrated into decision-making process. Lead interactions with Competency Center functions, Divisions, Group Tax, Group FRA and Group BPA to align all aspects of the Services charging model . Present proposals for charging model enhancements to relevant key stakeholders to adjust model to changing environment. Provide ad-hoc and regular cost/performance (KPI) updates to Divisional / Unit Finance stakeholders and partner on strategic initiatives. Provide ad-hoc management reporting to key stakeholders and senior management. Provide financial planning support for projects, cost estimations, savings estimations, and profitability projections . Identify end-to-end process simplification and automation in the provision of BPA services. Drive continuous improvement activities in the regular activity areas (e.g., budgeting, forecasting process). . Lead a high performing team that provides expertise and support in all matters related to the Business Planning & Analysis . Build a strong Services BPA team culture across multiple geographies. Effective engagement with multiple Services stakeholders at local, regional and global level . Establish a continuous improvement mind-set within the team. Act as a peer and support as required for the \'Senior BPA and Charging Model Manager Global Competency Centers\' role. Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements WHAT YOU\'LL BRING TO THE ROLE: . University degree in economics, business, or related field Advanced degree in business, economics, or related field . 10-15 years\' experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting and/or controlling positions in both local country and global central roles . Experience in designing and operating financial reporting and forecasting systems . Excellent analytical skills and ability to foster a constructive, yet challenging dialogue with Service Center functions. Strong knowledge of SAP and MS office applications . Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to clearly present financial data in reports distributed to Global officers. Shows strong sense of urgency in solving problems, getting work done, also through others in their coordination role. . Reliability, timeliness, and accuracy of budgetary and financial forecasts. .
