Apart from Indian projects the team also provides design services to projects as far as Philippines in the east to Columbia in the West.The RoleInitial concept, design, development and timely delivery of assigned projects.Main Duties\xe2\xa6\x81 Prepare Develop detailed BIM models for ELV systems (IBMS, FDAS, Control System, PLC, VESDA etc.), security (ACS, CCTV, PA, Boom Barrier etc.), communication and data networks.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Understand and develop Schematic Drawings, System Architecture, and layouts of ELV Systems, Block Diagram, Cable, Cable Tray, and Conduit layout based on received calculations,
\xe2\xa6\x81 Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate ELV designs into the overall BIM project model.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Ensure accuracy and completeness of ELV models and associated documentation.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to ELV elements.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Prepare the Tendering Drawing, Shop drawing & As-Built Drawings.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Generate construction BIM Model and support the creation of as-built Models.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Collaborate with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies related to ELV systems.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Design Development up to LOD 500
\xe2\xa6\x81 Project set up on Revit, Work-shared space and Work-sets management, View template and filters.ExperienceDiploma in Electrical
2-8 years of experienceSkills Required:\xe2\xa6\x81 Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in ELV system modeling and detailing.
\xe2\xa6\x81 Strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards.
