• Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
• Attend meetings and provide detailed technical reports.
• Create and analyze drawings and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Gather and analyze data from the project site and evaluate project components.
• Prepare and track invoices, client bills, and subcontractor payments.
• Plan and calculate material rates, availability, and wastage.
• Supervise project activities, ensuring adherence to design and drawing instructions.
• Prepare recovery schedules and time impact analyses.
• Establish and monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare and issue weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Assist the Head of Department with staff training assessments and workload management.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and oversee machine and tool planning.
• Track work using bar-charts and other progress monitoring tools.
• Stay updated with new construction trends and research market opportunities.

• BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in billing and project planning.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Experience with CPM/PERT scheduling.
• Proficiency in preparing technical reports, invoices, and progress reports.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
