In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project billing, monitoring project costs, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Additionally, you will play a key role in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding and meeting all contract requirements
• Assisting the Head of Department in assessing the requirements for staff training and the technical performance of staff
• Preparing and issuing weekly/monthly reports as stipulated by client on agreed cut-off dates to assess the project progress, shortfalls, concerns etc.
• Coordinating with team members to ensure all project activities are completed in a timely manner, identify and report any potential delays.

Requirements :-

• Proven experience as a Billing Engineer, Planning Engineer, or similar role in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of construction contracts, billing processes, and cost control.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
