We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing IT professionals on our bench (available candidates) for potential contract or project-based opportunities with our clients. This role requires a combination of sales, recruitment, and relationship-building skills to effectively match candidates with suitable positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with IT professionals who are actively seeking new opportunities or are on the bench.
• Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking events.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
• Market available candidates to clients by presenting resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate contract terms, rates, and other employment conditions with clients and candidates.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the placement process, including onboarding and initial project engagement.
• Track and maintain candidate and client information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM software.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies to effectively match candidates with relevant opportunities.
• Meet or exceed established sales and recruitment targets, including revenue goals and placement metrics.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
