Sales & Marketing process implementation & its sustenance using CRM & existing tools and processes2. You will be part of Sales-Marketing Operations team with major focus on SDR Operations, supporting operations right from ideation till execution and its reportingWhat you should bring:Preferred Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or its equivalent and has 3 years plus experience in Sales and marketing Operations
Proficiency requirement :
  • Experience working in high-growth and performance-focused environments
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills (English) for smooth communication with Non-Indian Management Stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of sales processes in a business-to-business environment
  • Agile self-starter with high levels of integrity and work capacity
  • Excellent with MS Office(Word/Excel/PPT/SharePoint)
  • Hands on experience of Sales and Marketing Data analytics, should have quality of maintaining data with quality
  • Power BI Reporting
  • Campaign Management Tools / Automation Tools (E.g. Act-on, Pardot, Outreach, etc.)
  • CRM tools like Salesforce xe2x80x93 Build knowledge by self-learning and logics on the features of Salesforce and more specifically on the functionality of Salesforce that impacts processes
  • Hands on experience of tools like Zoominfo, Avention, Insideview etc. is a plus
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes
  • Familiarity with the SaaS market, especially procurement software, is a plus.
  • Prepare performance reports with repetitive tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency under limited supervision.
  • Should be Tech Savy and have good command on AI tools like ChatGPT and others
Experience:
  • Preferred Experience of 2-3 years in Sales & Marketing Operations
Preferred industry:
  • High-tech B2B /cloud/SaaS/IT/ services
